Terry Pratt
Terry Pratt, 75, of Dearborn, MO passed away at home May 16, 2026.
Terry was born on June 16, 1951 in Council Bluffs, IA to his loving parents, Keith and Ruth Pratt. Terry graduated from New Market High School in New Market, IA. He joined the United States Marine Corps in 1970. After his honorable discharge, Terry began farming. He loved farming, cattle and pigs.
On September 1, 2001 he was united in marriage to Jean Green. They made their home in Dearborn, MO.
He loved the outdoors, working in the yard and garden. Can’t keep a farmer down!
Terry was still working as a Dispatcher for BMS Transportation. He couldn’t wait to go to work and deal with the trucks and his drivers. And their dog, Daisy Mae, had to go to work with him every day.
Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Keith and Ruth Pratt and his sister, “Sis.”
Terry is survived by his wife, Jean; son, Travis (Tisha) Pratt; daughter, Jennifer Perkins; grandchildren, Aubrie Pratt, Shay Purdy, Zayne Purdy, and Rylee Perkins; brothers, Tim (Christi) Pratt, Tom (Louise) Pratt, Phil (Sharon) Pratt, Kenny (Paula) Pratt, and his twin brother, Bruce (Sandy) Pratt; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Graveside Service will be held at a later date.

He was amazing man I loved coming in bringing roselynn to see him when Scott would get off work he would always hold roselynn everytime he will be missed he is up there now with Scott
