Ruby Wolfe

Ruby Wolfe, 98, of Kansas City, MO passed away, September 4, 2025.

She was born on August 30, 1927 to Charley and Helen Louise (Arnold) Reineke in Platte County, MO. She grew up in the Ridgely area and graduated from Edgerton high School.

On August 28, 1948 she was united in marriage Edward Victor Wolfe, Jr. After their marriage they lived in Kansas City North where they made their home. Her husband, Ed, preceded her in death on March 29, 2005.

She was a member of the Barry Christian Church for 60 years. Ruby loved crocheting, gardening and was a wonderful cook.

Ruby was also preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Robert Reineke and Charles Reineke; and sister, Louise Mindrup.

He is survived by children, Ronnie (Theresa) Wolfe and Marsha (Steve) Marshall; grandchildren, Jason Wolfe (Michelle) and Krista Arias; great-grandchildren, Zachary, Jaden and Pyper Wolfe; and great-great-grandchildren, Landon, Holden, and Keeghan Wolfe; sister-in-law, Marian Reineke; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 17th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home in Smithville.
Private Family Inurnment at Ridgely Cemetery.
