Mildred was my best friend all through high school and my bridesmaid at my wedding. Mildred was the quiet one and I was the gung-ho one.
Spent lots of nights at her house on Barry Road. Mr. And Mrs Bennett always welcome me into their home. We buzzed(yes kids this was a thing in the 50’s) Gashland in Loretta’s little car.
Jim and I doubled dated with her and John and one memory of going to the Platte County Fair to watch the demolition derby (ugh).
To Melanie, Linda, David and Loretta thoughts and prayers. Memories are welcome with a lost of a loved one.

We are deeply saddened by your mom’s passing. We’ve been friends since we were little girls and she always had such a beautiful smile and was such a kind soul. I’m sorry we will not be there for the celebration. She is no longer in pain and has been reunited with your dad and Rusty! Love you friend and our prayers are with you during this difficult time.
