We are so sorry for your loss, Beverly and family. Stan always enjoyed visiting with you and Larry when he was your mailman. We will keep the family in our thoughts and prayers.

My sincere condolences to Beverly, Shane and family. Larry was awesome to work with. I enjoyed the many rounds of golf played with him over the years and listening to stories about working at the old KW plant in KC and his time in Chillicothe, Ohio. Larry would always bring delicious fresh baked zucchini bread into the office that Beverly baked. Always giving and willing to lend a hand. We will miss you brother

Natalie and I are deeply saddened of learning Larry’s passing. Larry was a good friend and mentor during our time with him at PACCAR and we both are so grateful for the many many days and hours shared with us beyond the professional workplace, and post retirement. Personally, Larry taught me a lot about how to treat and respect not only customers, but family and friends. His love and devotion to Beverly, his family, and others is something that always made Natalie and me feel special. Being included as part of the Sunday Golf Gang, and getting to spend time with him enjoying one of the many things (rain, wind, sleet, or snow) he truly loved, will never be forgotten. I can honestly say that I am better person for having known him and having been considered by Larry as one of his friends. We will miss him dearly. If there is golf in Heaven, I know that he is waiting ahead for me, with his clubs and snacks (which he always generously shared) loaded up in the cart! Our thoughts and prayers are with you Beverly and Family during your time of loss. I hope that these words will bring each of you peace, and serve as testament to what a truly great person Larry was; as well as serve as reminder of the incredible impact he had not only on our personal lives, but also upon so many others during his lifetime.

Sending prayers of comfort. So sorry, may he rest in peace.

Larry was an inspiration to me in Junior High and High School. He was a senior when I was a freshman. He looked out for us like we were his brothers. He would not put up with anyone picking on the Freshman. I modeled myself in high school after what I saw and learned from him. Sonny Salee and Herman Rose should thank him… not me.

Larry may have been the best all-around athlete to ever attend North Platte High School. He was a leader in Football, Basket Ball and Track.
He was a state Champion in the hurdles, ran a 10.1 100 yard dash and got Second at State (thanks to his teammate…. you know who). He could high jump, throw the shot and discus and was great in the relays. He may have won the most state medals in North Platte History!

We will miss Larry at our North Platte Golf get togethers! I am glad that I can call him my friend! We will miss you, Buddy! Get us a tee time; we will see you on the side!!! Wayne Woolsey

I was really saddened to hear that Larry passed away. He was one of the first people I met when I started at Kenworth in 1977. We worked together for many years and he will be missed greatly. Larry was my friend and I loved him dearly. His legacy will live on. Take care Larry and I will see you on the other side.

I had the pleasure of working with Larry on the Field Service team at Kenworth. He was always so supportive and encouraging to those learning the ropes and had the best sense of humor.

Keeping your family in my thoughts as you go through this difficult time.
