My belated condolences to the entire West family! Jerry was a good friend of my dad, Bill Musser, and the Musser family. Jerry was an avid East Buchanan fan as I saw him at the football games when I was in high school from 1971 thru 1974. I also worked in the same building at Farmland for 16 years with Jerry. He will be missed by many.

Kindest man in Smithville. Always had a smile on his face and was happy to see everyone. I called him Smithville’s Unofficial Patrol Officer. He will be missed. Love you Jerry.

Jerry was a close friend of mine when I was in high school. We like someone mentioned loved to drive the streets after football games and weekends! Go to dances in other towns and listen to the bands. I didn’t have a car at that time so Jerry drove his, I think was a red 66 or 67 Ford which had a 3 on the tree, he loved that old car. Jerry an I had a lot of fun a memories together!!! 🙏 Prayers to all the Families. R.I.P. Brother. Till We Meet Again!

So sorry for your loss. My Dad (Bob Farr) always talked highly of Jerry in their Farmland days.

I have such fond memories of Jerry and Jane when I stayed occasional weekends with my grandparents Ruthanna and Toad. Saturday nights were spent playing Pitch for hours. Jerry and Jane were always so kind to me, when I was often the only “kid” there. Jerry was a good man!

I will miss Jerry so much. I would enjoy dinner every Monday night at the American Legion where we would sit at the same table. He would save stanley and I our seats! He was a friendly kind hearted soul. Fly high my friend 🧡
