Donna Hudlemeyer
Donna Lee (Shepherd) Hudlemeyer, 84, of Smithville, MO passed away April 3, 2026.
She was born on September 20, 1941, in Smithville, MO to Stanley and Dorothy Hard (Rhoads) Shepherd. Donna graduated from Smithville High School in 1960. She then attended Cosmetology School in Smithville.
Donna married Nolan Hudlemeyer in July 1960 and they lived in Manhattan, KS for a short time before returning to Smithville. They had two children, Danny Hudlemeyer and Stacy Hudlemeyer.
She retired from the Clay County Parks Department.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents Stanley and Dorothy Shepherd; her sister Peggy Jensen; her brother-in-law Don Jensen; and her loving friends Larry and Marty Driver.
She is survived by her son Danny Hudlemeyer; her daughter Stacy Hudlemeyer; grandsons Aaron Lee Heard and Christopher Lee Hudlemeyer; 4 great-grandchildren; step-son Marc (Vicky) Smith; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who she loved dearly.
Graveside Service: 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 8th at the Community of Smithville Memorial Cemetery.
