Sonny and Jo were our wonderful friends as well as neighbors. They were so happy together and never a moment around them that they didn’t have us laughing. A lot of conversations over the fence or walking in front of their house. Sonny loved to have Snickers out and about and was the cutest dog. Hard days when Jo passed and later when Sonny left for adventure. The hardest day was knowing he had passed. Praying for all of you family and friends. Sonny will always be a smiling blessing to us.

I’m so sorry to hear of Sonny’s passing. I knew and worked with Sonny for many years at Pontiac Motors at the Proving Grounds. He always was a friendly and congenial person who was liked and admired for his positive attitude and humor.

I remember Sonny and JoAnna first moving to Gassville. It wasn’t long after I had my house built and the came over to say hello and look at my house. From that day on, we became not only neighbors but friends. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask and vice versa. They were both some of the finest people I have ever known and are missed so much. My thoughts and prayers are with each and every one of you.

Darvin and I were so blest having known Sonny and Jo. Oh how he loved sitting on our front porch drinking a cup of coffee and eating a sweet treat. He was a wonderful friend but family to us. He was a life saver so many times keeping our dog. He would do anything to help someone out. Back when the love of his life was with us, we enjoyed so many dinners and conversations.. The Hollidays were the best. Until we see you again Sonny, we will all miss you.
