Condolences to Alfred’s family, especially his sisters, Fran, whom I spent my 4th grade year with at Plattsburg, and Bobetta. Alfred and I rode the ranges together that year, he on his little white steed, Sugarfoot, me on a white mare, Blossom. We also were in the Plattsburg Saddle Club that same year as 3rd and 4th graders. We were close buddies at that time. I pray God’s peace and strength for the Devling families.
