William David Guyer

William David Guyer, 58, of Raymore, MO, formerly of Edgerton, MO passed away, Saturday, October 29, 2011.

He was born on June 6, 1953 to John Eldon and Barbara Jean (Blankenship) Guyer in Kansas City, MO. David grew up in Edgerton and graduated from North Platte High School in 1971.

On July 13, 1973 he was united in marriage to Goldie Sue Swope. After their marriage they lived in the Kansas City area.

David was a Facilities Engineer at ACH Foam in Kansas City, Kansas. He enjoyed motorcycle riding and target shooting.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

David is survived by his wife, Goldie, of the home; children, William Guyer, Jr. and wife Melissa, Barbara Maenza and husband, Antonio, and Melissa Guyer and fiancé Chris Hancock; grandchildren, Trevor, Jordan, Corbin, Abigail, and soon to be Vincent; father, John Guyer; brother, Charles Guyer and wife, Pam, and Cindy Romey and husband, Jay; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. November 2^nd at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Edgerton with visitation following until 3:30 p.m.
