Wesley Goad

Wesley Goad, 56, of Edgerton, MO passed away, October 1, 2018 at his home.

He was born on January 15, 1962 to Bobbie Franklin and and Florence Marie (Cockriel) Goad in Smithville, MO. Wesley grew up in Edgerton and attended school at North Platte School District.

On July 26, 1985 he was united in marriage to Cheryl McGee. After their marriage they lived in Edgerton, where they made their home. His wife, Cheryl, passed away, April 15, 2009.

Wesley was a cabinet maker for many years. Wesley enjoyed garage sales and tinkering with cars.

He was also preceded in death by his brother Wayne Goad, his nephew, John Johnson, and step-granddaughter, Callie Moore.

He is survived by his parents, Frank and Marie Goad; sister, Janet Art; step-granddaughters, Chantal and Carissa Moore; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and many friends.

Memorial Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, October 5th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Edgerton, MO.
