I am so sorry to hear of Vernon’s passing. I first met him and Mildred when his mother, Virginia, married my father-in-law, Louis Komer. Some years later, Vernon finished our house for us in rural Spring Hill. After Mildred passed, I kept in touch with Vernon via phone calls. He kept me up to date on his family and farm. He was a special man and will be missed, especially by his family.

I just now saw this notice in the arbitrary about Vernon’s passing. So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. He was such a great man that was happy and cheerful when visiting with him. He would do anything for us to lend a helping hand. He will be greatly missed. I know that he greatly enjoyed being with family and grandchildren, whenever the opportunity presented itself.
