When tomorrow starts without me, please try to understand, That an angel came and called my name, and took me by the hand; The angel said my place was ready, In Heaven far above, And that I’d have to leave behind all those I dearly love. But when I walked through Heaven’s gates, I felt so much at home, for God looked down, smiled at me, And told me, “Welcome Home.” So when tomorrow starts without me, Don’t think we’re far apart, for every time you think of me, I’m right there in your heart.

Tootie was one of the most honest, hardworking women I’ve known. Her family will surely miss her. She was a true friend and always willing to help. She & “Short Stack”, (Jane) worked side by side. I pray she is at peace & so sorry for her loss.

My condolences to all of you.. I was very sad and surprised to hear of her passing. I know you will miss her terribly. I have many memories of her and Jane and myself in high school. We sang in octet and sextet together spending the night in Maryville at the hotel to participate in competitions. No adult supervision. I will miss her although we didn’t connect very often. Sending prayers and love to all.
