Suzanne Marie Distasio
Suzanne Marie Distasio, 51, of Smithville, MO passed away Friday, May 30, 2008.
She was born on May 20, 1957 in Norwalk, CA. The family later moved to Merriam, KS where she grew up and attended Shawnee Mission North High School.
Sue was a member of Vineyard Church in Kansas City, MO. She loved her cats, Kiss and Hug and enjoyed gardening and cooking.
She was Preceded in death by her father, Ronald Yost, one brother Michael Allen and grandparents, Maxine and Lynn Skinner.
Sue is survived by daughter, Jade Distasio; son, Justin Holloway and wife, Amy; three grandchildren, Corey, Caleb, and Juliana all of Texas; her parents, Terry and Jackie Heyes, Harlingen, TX; two sisters, Bonnie Cygan and husband, John, Illinois, and Sharon Wilton and husband, Dave, California; two brothers, Aaron Allen and wife, Beverly, Kansas, and Miles Allen, Missouri; uncle and aunt, Arnold and Bonnie Green, Smithville, MO; several cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.
Memorial Service: 6:00 p.m. Monday, June 2nd at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville.
Donations may be made to any local church food pantry.

Sue. My friend,loved you like my sister. I was living out of town and did not know of you being ill. I love and miss you very much my friend. We should have never lost contact. Met you when you was 16. We had great fun together. Miss you so very much. Wish I could have been there for you, but you will always be in my mind and in my heart. LOVE AND MISS YOU MY FRIEND
