Sheryl Williams
Sheryl Williams, 56, of Kearney, MO passed away, April 14, 2020.
Sheryl grew up near Smithville and graduated from North Platte High School. She later graduated from Culver Stockton College. Sheryl also received her Masters of Library Science from the University of Missouri.
Sheryl worked at Shook, Hardy, Bacon Law Firm and DST. She was the manager at the Mid-Continent Public Library in Smithville for many years. Sheryl enjoyed traveling, reading and loved her dogs. She was a member of PLA and received the Doniphan Award.
She was preceded in death by her father and her nephew, Christopher.
Sheryl is survived by her wife, Cate Ward; mother, Sharon Williams; brother, Larry Williams; niece, Samantha Williams; aunts and several cousins and many friends.
Memorial Service: 7:00 p.m. Friday, July 10th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville, MO with visitation following until 9:00 p.m.
