Sharon L. (Burton) Vessar Robinson

Sharon L. (Burton) Vessar Robinson, 68, of Gower, passed away, Sunday, December 30, 2007.

She was born on January 18, 1939 to Joseph Franklin and Gladys Elmere (Key) Burton in St. Joseph, Mo. She grew up near Trimble and attended school at Grayson and later graduated from Gower High School.

On June 2, 1957 she married, Donald L. Vessar. After their marriage they lived in Hemple. Her husband, Donald, passed away on July 24, 1965. On June 6, 1969 she married Noel Robinson, Jr. After their marriage they resided in rural Gower. Her husband, Noel , preceded her in death on March 6, 1986.

She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Sheryl Jean Vessar, her parents and a brother, Ronald Burton.

Sharon attended the First Baptist Church of Gower.

She is survived by a daughter, Dianna King and husband Bill, Stewartsville, Mo.; grandchildren, Candace Greever and husband, Reggie, Christina Thompson and husband, Jeremy, Angela Carter and husband, Casey and Stephanie King; four great- grandchildren, Faith, Lexus, Dominic and Damien, other relatives and many friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 2^nd, at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.

VISITATION: 6:30-8:00 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.

BURIAL Allen Cemetery, Gower.
