Shane DeWald
Shane Doyle DeWald, 51, of Trimble, MO passed away October 10, 2024.
He was born on February 22, 1973, to Stephen and Patricia Elaine (Eickhoff) DeWald in Kansas City, KS. Shane attended Winnetonka High School and Princeton High School.
On September 22, 2001, he was united in marriage to Jennifer Lynn Kidd. After their marriage they lived in Trimble where they made their home.
He worked for Wiese USA in St. Joseph, MO. Shane enjoyed hunting, fishing and smoking meat. He loved “tormenting” his nieces and nephews and any other family member he could. Shane had a heart of gold and would do anything for anyone. His daughter Casey was the pride of joy of his life. Shane was an amazing friend, son, brother, uncle, dad and husband who will be dearly missed.
Shane was preceded in death by his mother Pat Bardwell; and his grandparents.
He is survived by his wife Jenn DeWald; his son Kristopher Speck; his daughter Casey DeWald; his dad Stephen (Shilah McIntire) DeWald; brother Shawn (Melissa) DeWald; sister Erica (Shane) Waldron; mother-in-law and father-in-law Denise and David Steiner; sister-in-law Leah (Josh) Whaley; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
