Scott Ford

Scott Ford, 51 of Trimble, MO passed away November 18, 2016.

He was born on November 15, 1965 to Harold and Louise Ford in Smithville, MO.  Scott grew up in the Trimble area and attended Plattsburg High School. 

Scott worked for several businesses in the area including Pac’s Hardware in Smithville and the Barn Yard restaurant in Trimble.  He was an avid gardener and excellent cook.  Scott took pride in caring for his family and friends, never knowing a stranger.

He was a member of the Trimble Baptist Church where he was baptized. 

Scott was preceded in death by his father Harold and sister Debbie Smith.

He is survived by his sons Adam Ford and Aaron Ford; granddaughter Addison Ford; mother Louise Ford; brothers Rick Ford and wife Kathy and Gary Ford; sisters Kay Bernard and Dana Cox (Darryl Sweeney); several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Memorial Service:  6:30 p.m. Tuesday, November 22nd at with visitation following until 8:30 p.m. all at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville.

Inurnment: Paradise Cemetery, Paradise, MO.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Scotty Ford Memorial Fund c/o Platte Valley Bank.
