ROSALIE S. HARMER
Rosalie (Stallard ) Harmer, 92, of Kansas City, MO., passed away Thursday, March 9, 2006.
She was born on October 5, 1913 to Richard W. and Anna Belle (Shanks) Stallard in Dearborn, Mo., where she grew up and graduated from Dearborn High School.
On March 23, 1935 she was united in marriage to James Floyd Harmer of Edgerton, Mo. After their marriage they lived in Liberty where they made their home. Her husband passed away on November 8, 1987 and Rosalie later moved to Kansas City.
Rosalie worked for Commodity Credit Corporation in Kansas City for over 20 years and was a member of the Second Baptist Church in Liberty, Mo.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and three sisters: Allie Mae West, Betty Wilmott and infant, Anna Laverne.
Rosalie is survived by her daughter: Janice McLean and two grandsons Jeffrey and Jason McLean, all of San Francisco, CA, one brother: Richard Stallard, Gladstone, MO, one sister: Virginia Law, DeKalb, IL, several nieces and nephews.
FUNERAL SERVICE: 3:00 P.M., Saturday, March 11th, at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Edgerton, Mo. with visitation one hour prior to the service.
BURIAL: Ridgely Cemetery
