Rosa Lee Edwards

Rosa Lee Edwards, 94, of Trimble, MO, formerly of Ridgely, MO, passed away, Friday, April 1, 2011 at her home.

She was born on June 26, 1916 to Henry W. and Nannie G. (Hellyer) Edwards in Ridgely where she grew up and later graduated from Edgerton High School.

Rosa Lee worked for National Bellas Hess in Kansas City for many years.

She was a longtime member of the Ridgely Christian Church.

Rosa Lee was preceded in death by her parents, brother; Eldon Edwards, sister; Neva J. Newman and nephew; Ralph Newman.

She is survived by two nephews; Lloyd Newman and wife, Barbara, Platte City, MO and Robert Edwards, Lenexa, KS, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 6^th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Edgerton, MO.

Burial: Ridgely Cemetery

Visitation: 10:00-11:00 a.m., Wednesday, one hour prior to the service.
