Ronald F. Hake

 

Ronald F. Hake, 75, of Gower, MO, passed away, Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at his home.

He was born on April 18, 1936 to Frank and Margaret (Nold) Hake in Montrose, MO, where he grew up and graduated high school.

Ron was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Easton. He retired from TWA in 1995. His hobby was music. It started while he was in high school when he played and sang with The Urich Ramblers and they had a Saturday show on a Clinton Radio Station KDKD. Ron later had his own band for several years.

Ron is survived by his wife, Buena “Bunny” of 54 years; sons, Chris (Jane) Hake, Liberty, MO, Craig (Fritzie) Hake, Arlington, WA; daughter, Cathy (Frank) Barton, St. Joseph, MO; four granddaughters, Sarah (Zack) Buckmiller, Amanda Hake, Ashley Barton, and Gianna Hake.

Rosary: 6:00 p.m. with Visitation from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Friday at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.

Funeral Mass: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 9th at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Montrose, MO.

Burial: St. Ludgers Cemetery, Germantown, MO.

Donations may be made to Liberty Hospital Hospice or St. Jude’s.
