Ronald E. LaFollette

Ronald Eugene LaFollette, 40, of Frazier, MO, passed away April 4, 2009.

He was born on January 29, 1969 to Ellis Richard and Ermagene Elizabeth (Strube) LaFollette in St. Joseph, MO. Ronald grew up in Frazier and graduated from East Buchanan High School in 1987.

On June 27, 1998 he was united in marriage to Lydia Faye Kretzschmer. After their marriage they lived in Frazier where they made their home.

Ronald was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Easton and the St. Joseph Head Injury Association. Ronald was a caring man, loving husband and brother, and special son who will be missed by his family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Ermagene LaFollette; grandparents, Grover and Eadith LaFollette and Joseph and Agnes Strube; and niece Crystal Jeanel Marie Adkins.

Ronald is survived by his wife, Lydia of the home, father, Ellis LaFollette, Frazier; father-in-law, Lloyd Kretzschmer, St. Joseph, MO; brothers and sisters, Richard Ellis LaFollette and wife, MaryAnn, Randall Joseph LaFollette and wife, Kathy, Jeanel Marie Adkins, Rodney Allen LaFollette and wife, Ann, Roger Thomas LaFollette and wife, Rebecca, Jana Louise Franklin and husband, David, Robert Ray LaFollette and wife, Jean, Jill Ann Hendricks and husband, Scott, Jolene Agnes LaFollette and husband, Ron, Russell James LaFollette and wife, Pam; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Mass of Christian Burial: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 8^th at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Easton, MO

Burial: St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery

Rosary 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower with visitation following until 9:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Ronald’s memory in care of Ellis LaFollette.
