Roger Streeter
Roger Streeter, 69, of Plattsburg, MO passed away, Friday, May 13, 2016 at his home.
He was born on June 11, 1946 in Winston, MO. He grew up and attended school in Plattsburg, MO.
On June 7, 1967 he was united in marriage to Liz Sloan. After their marriage they lived in Plattsburg where they made their home.
Roger retired as a supervisor from Plattsburg Special Road District after 28 years.
He was a member of St. Ann’s Catholic Church. Roger was also a member of the Plattsburg Volunteer Fire Dept. and the Plattsburg Sadle Club. He loved the farm and most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Roger was preceded in death by his parents, Gailen Streeter and Ella Mae (Roe) Harding and infant sister Charlotte Mae.
He is survived by his wife, Liz, of the home; children, David Streeter and wife Sally, Lisa Lollar and husband Clayton, and Dana Clark and husband Jerry; grandchildren, Luke Croney, J.B. Clark, Kirsten Streeter, Missy Clark, and Ashley Clark; five great-grandchildren; brother, Mike Streeter and wife Sue; sister, Peggy Sue Karl and husband Roger; serveral nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorial Service: 4:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 17th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Donations may be made in his memory of the funeral home.
