Roberta Smith
Roberta Smith, 73, of St. Joseph, MO formerly of Belton, MO passed away, August 16, 2019.
She was born on September 16, 1945 to Franklin M. and Imogene L. (Wise) Smith in Ft. Sill, Oklahoma. Roberta grew up in St. Joseph, MO and graduated from Faucett High School. She then attended Guards Business School in St. Joseph. Roberta lived in Belton for many years.
She retired from Armour/ConAgra Foods in 2006. Roberta loved collecting dolls and was an avid MU, Royals and Chiefs fan.
Roberta was preceded in death by her father and special friend John Paul.
She is survived by her son, Dylon (Danielle) Erickson; granddaughter, Kataleyah; mother, Imogene Smith; twin brother, Robert Smith; brother, Ronald Smith; sister, Sharon (Norris) Stricker; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Service: 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 20th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower, MO.
Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Joseph, MO.
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
