RICHARD D. AUXIER

Richard David Auxier, 57, of Trimble, MO, formerly of St. Joseph, MO, joined the Lord, Saturday, June 24, 2006 at North Kansas City Hospital.

He was born on April 20, 1949 in St. Joseph, Mo. where he resided most of his life.
On May 15, 1992, he was united in marriage to Arlene Duncan. After their marriage they moved to Trimble where they made their home. Richard was the proud owner and operator of Auxier Electric.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James W. and Leola M. (Litton) Auxier and brother Michael Wayne Auxier.

Survivors include, wife; Arlene of the home, seven children: David Auxier and wife, Lori, Greenfield, Illinois, Jennifer Eaton and husband Michael and Jill Komer and husband, Jerald, all of St. Joseph, Mo., Dallas Duncan, Ashley Auxier, Heather Auxier and Shelby Auxier, all of the home, seven grandchildren: Michael, Joshua and Alyssa (children of David and Lori), Samantha and Mason (children of Jennifer and Michael) and Ian and Draven (children of Jill and Jerald) five brothers: James William Auxier, Kansas City, Mo., Edward Lee, Charles Thomas and John Ray Auxier, all of St. Joseph, and Patrick Scott Auxier, Lowell, Arkansas, four sisters: Shirley Steidel and Dixie Swartz, both of St. Joseph, Deborah Christopher, Bendena, Kansas and Paula Harding, Stewartsville, Mo., numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:30-8:30 P.M., Wednesday, June 28th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.

Private service and inurnment will be held at Ridgely Mo. Cemetery.
