I am very sorry for her family members. She was a great person and a very hard worker. I do know she worked way to hard for this company. She did share with me how much she loved her family and she was very proud of each of you. Her last words to me, was that she was going to a doctor appointment and that she was really scared. I personally miss her very much. I pray for you all during these sad times.

Rick and family… so sorry for your loss. I worked with Sue at Lee Apparel, and we lived just a few blocks away from you in Olathe. She always had a smile, or something good to say, along with her great laughter. She and I had kept in touch over the years, and she would come to lunch with some other Lee coworkers. I will always remember her beautiful smile, and most of all, her positive attitude during her illness…. She told me how much she loved being a Grandma, and on the last time she came to lunch, had told me that Lauren was pregnant. She is an angel, looking over her family, and loving you all from afar, but she is really here in our hearts. May God bless you all at this time of sorrow.

I really enjoyed being around sue , We were there when Lauren Got married It was so nice to see her . She always had a prefect smile . When my kids were little we went to Ks to visit and my youngest was way to small to go on rides so she watched him while we took the other two on rides , When they would come to Mitchell my kids always wanted to be around her and Rick must have been something they liked , Aunt Sue you will be missed but not forgotten Loved you so much Shelly

I saw Sue for the first time in a long time 3 months ago. Sue is the woman I spent most of my life with, outside of my wife of 36 years. We worked together at four different companies over three decades and pursued our MBA’s together; graduating at the same time. Sue was a wonderful and talented colleague and good friend. I’ll miss her warm welcomes and genuine concern. Rick, God bless you and your children during this time. I won’t forget Sue.

Rick, Lauren, Ryan – Eileen and I have been so enriched by knowing Sue and your entire family – Sue was always a bright light that had the power and fight inside herself to overcome everything that was presented in front of her – I know she pasted that on to everyone in her family and I know she passed that on to her son, who I had the honor to know and coach – Eileen loved her moments with Sue and you too Rick as you all made her a part of your family and included her on your baseball journeys – Love you all Bill and Eileen McDonald

Very sorry to hear that Suzie passed. She was a sweetheart. A friend to everyone and always a smile on her face. It’s been years since I have seen her but she left an impression on my heart and I sure she did many others that knew her through the years. Prayers to her family. May the Lord Bless you and deep you; May His face shine on you and be gracious to you; May He look upon you with favor and give you peace. Num 6-24
