Rebecca Lynn Porter-Mueller

Rebecca Lynn Porter-Mueller, 57 of Atchison, KS, passed away Friday, May 30, 2008.

She was born on January 31, 1951 to Dewey and Nellie Francis (Ervin) Porter in Smithville, MO where she grew up and graduated from Smithville High School. Rebecca then attended business school in St. Joseph.

On November 5, 1988 she was united in marriage to JR Mueller. In 1991 they moved to her family farm in Smithville and in 2007 moved to Atchison.

Rebecca was a member of the Paradise Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Rebecca is survived by her husband, JR Mueller of the home, one, brother, Walter Porter, Hatfield, MO, one sister Donna Cummings, Smithville, MO, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews and many friends.

Funeral Service: 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, June 4^th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Smithville with visitation from 6:00-7:30 p.m. prior to the service.
