Randy Ralston

Randy Ralston, 60, of Dearborn, MO passed away, Thursday, October 3, 2013.

 

He was born on February 2, 1953 to Elmer Rae and Virginia P. (Foster) Ralston in Smithville, MO.  Randy grew up in the Ridgely area and in 1971 he graduated from North Platte High School. 

 

On April 12, 1974 he was united in marriage Linda Sue Conger.  After their marriage they lived near Dearborn, where they made their home.

 

Randy worked for Cryovac Sealed Air in St. Joseph for over 30 years.  He enjoyed camping, hunting and working in the yard.  Most of all, Randy loved to spend time with his family.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law, Gloria Conger.

 

Randy is survived by his wife, Linda, of the home; sons, Lonnie Ralston, St. Joseph, MO and Cody Ralston and wife Rachel, St. Joseph, MO; granddaughter, Kylee; sisters, Pat Denney and husband Jim, Edgerton, MO, Kay Kropff and husband Stan, Canyon, TX, and Marsha Hoffhines and husband Bob, Salina, KS;  brother, Danny Ralston, Edgerton, MO; father-in-law, Robert Conger; sisters-in-law, Judy Brown, Tammie Russell and husband Steve, and Debbie Harness and husband Ed; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.

 

Funeral Service:  2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 6^th at Ridgely Christian Church, with visitation from 1:00-2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the church.

Burial:  Ridgely Cemetery
