Ralph Herpel
Ralph Herpel, 67 of Easton, MO passed away Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at his home.
He was born on May 27, 1947 to Herald, Sr. and Anna Mae (Jackson) Herpel in St. Joseph, MO. Ralph was very proud to have graduated from Easton High School.
On June 16, 1967 he was united in marriage to Josephine Marie Simon at Midway Baptist Church in Easton, MO.
Ralph did many things to earn a living. He milked cows, traded Holstein heifers, was a truck driver for Sears and was a custom farmer. Ralph ended his working career trucking for himself and also working for Mt. Carmel Sand and Gravel.
Ralph was a member of the Midway Baptist Church. He was also a member for Teamsters Local Union 541.
He was preceded in death by his parents, sister-in-law, Norma Herpel, and nephew Donnie Herpel.
Ralph is survived by his wife, Jo; of the home; children Angela (Hal) Myers, Heidi (Jarrett) Gandy, Betsy (Scott) Campbell, Heather (Chris) Williams, Gretel (Nathan) Blanton, and Justin (Alecia) Herpel; grandchildren, Hayley and Carson Myers, Collin, Gabrielle and Amberlee Gandy, Hannah and Alexa Campbell, Nick Kelly, Alec and Ashlyn Williams, Beau and Koby Blanton, Cassidy and Hannah Mortimore, Kelsey, Lindsey, Leah and Sarah Herpel, and Pablo Lax Iba?ez; brothers Herald William Herpel, Jr. and Don (Karen) Herpel, and Ivan (Wanda) Herpel; other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Services: 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 2nd at First Baptist Church in Gower.
Burial: Blakely Cemetery Visitation: 6:00-9:00 p.m. Friday at the church.
