Patsy will be missed by myself and so many!  The North Platte community is a special place and it's because of loyal and committed people like Patsy.   She is irreplaceable and there are a lot of children who will feel her absence.

The one thing I knew without any doubt was that anytime I ever saw her, she always had a smile and a kind word to say. The other detail I always picked up from her was her love for her kids and her grandchildren.  I will be keeping your family in my prayers.
