Pat (Ralston) Denney

 

Pat Denney, 69 of Ridgely, MO passed away, Sunday, March 29, 2015 at her home.

 

She was born on April 12, 1945 to Elmer Rae and Virginia (Foster) Ralston in Smithville.  She grew up in Ridgely and graduated from North Platte High School in 1963.

 

On October 16, 1965 she was united in marriage to Jim Denney.  After their marriage they lived on their farm in Ridgely.  She worked for Major Lumber in Smithville for 30 years. 

 

Pat was a member of the Ridgely Christian Church.  She was a Pathfinder for Platte Clay Electric.   She was a member of the Platte County Steam Engine Show and enjoyed her Pigeon sisters. Pat loved flower gardening and her cats.

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her brother, Randy Ralston.

 

Pat is survived by her husband, Jim, of the home; children, Renee Neilson and husband Kyle and Jason Denney and Alicia; granddaughter, Kassidy; sisters, Kay Kropff and husband Stan, Marsha Hoffhines and husband Bob; brother, Danny Ralston; sister-in-law, Linda Ralston; and brother-in-law Bob Denney and wife Pat; other relatives and many friends.

 

Memorial Service:  10:00 a.m Wednesday, April 1st at the Ridgely Christian Church with visitation following until 12:00 p.m.

Donations may be made to Ridgely Christian Church.
