Orville L. Dennis

Orville L. Dennis, 69, of Wallace, MO, passed away, Sunday, March 25, 2007 at his home.

He was born on April 11, 1937 to Cecil and Mary (Long) Dennis near Dearborn, MO, where he grew up and attended school.

In November 1958 he was united in marriage to Betty Lou Trail. After their marriage they lived in Wallace, where they raised tobacco and made their home. Orville also worked for various rendering companies and owned and operated Dennis Rendering.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one grandson, Bradley Bledsoe, and one sister, Audrey.

Orville is survived by his wife, Betty, of the home; six children, Orville Dennis, Jr, and Vickie, Wallace, MO, Richard Dennis and wife, Vicki, Dearborn, MO, Ronnie Dennis, Wallace, MO, Diana Bledsoe, Dearborn, MO, Tina Dennis, St. Joseph, MO, Gary Dennis and wife, Melissa, Willowbrook, MO; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nine brothers and sisters, Donald, Thelma, Clyde, Floyd, Bobby, Catherine, Mary Ann, Floy Mae, and Darlene, several nieces and nephews other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services: 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 28^th at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Edgerton, with visitation prior to the service from 10:00-11:30 a.m.

Burial: Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Weston, MO.
