Norma (Fraley) Bolin
Norma Bolin, 76 of Smithville, MO passed away Sunday, October 18, 2009.
She was born on September 6, 1933 to Lewis and Patricia (Chiocchio) Fraley in Lakewood, NJ where she grew up and graduated from high school.
On February 2, 1952 she was united in marriage to Don Bolin. They lived in Gaylord Michigan for over 20 years where they raised their two sons, Jeffrey and Douglas. After her divorce, Norma returned to Lakewood, NJ. Norma was a receptionist for Kimblebrook Hospital and Fountain View Nursing Home both in Lakewood until her retirement. In 2005 she moved to Smithville to live with her son and daughter-in-law, Doug and Pami.
She was a member of the Eastern Star in Gaylord, MI. Norma enjoyed playing Bingo, doing crossword puzzles and watching game shows. She loved having family gatherings and outdoor dinners when the family would visit in the summer. .
Norma was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her two sons, Doug Bolin and wife, Pami, Smithville, MO and Jeff Bolin and wife, Griselle, Clarkston, MI; grandchildren, Brenda and husband, Tim, Michelle, Justin and Melinda; great-grandchildren, Cayden, Lexie, Cameron, Drew, Keeley, and Cesli; sister, Joan Franklin and husband, Henry, New Jersey, other relatives and many friends. She was very loved and will be deeply missed.
Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 22nd at Paradise Cemetery, Smithville.
