Nina Maxine Palmer

Nina Maxine Palmer, 78 of Smithville, MO, passed away Saturday, February 15, 2014.

 

She was born on January 29, 1936 to Ermon and Neva Kelley in Rushville, MO.  She grew up in the Platte City area and attended Platte High School. 

 

She was preceded in death by her parents, son-in-law, Rick Ludgate, one granddaughter, April Brown; brothers, Alfred Kelley, Donald Kelley, and Arvin Kelley.

 

She is survived by her children, Richard Palmer and wife Kathy, Emma Ludgate, and Jim Palmer and wife Tracy, all of Kansas City, MO; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Alvin Kelley; sisters, Janet Higgins, Jean Hull, Mary Sue Munsterman, and Ermadean Brown.
