Naomi Fern (Flesher) Dale

Naomi Fern Dale, 77, of Smithville, MO, passed away, Monday, October 29, 2007 at the Gower Convalescent Center.

She was born on April 18, 1930 to Roy Emerson and Goldie Edith (Lucas) Flesher in Paradise, Missouri, where she grew up. Fern later graduated from Smithville High School.

She was united in marriage to Albert S. Dale. After their marriage they lived in the Smithville area where they made their home. Her husband preceded her in death on March 18, 1976.

Fern was a custodian at Smithville High School for many years.

She was a lifetime member of the Paradise United Methodist Church.

Fern was also preceded in death by her son, Albert Lee Dale, one brother, Donald Flesher, and her parents.

She is survived by her brother, Blaine Flesher and wife, Pat, Winter Haven, FL; nephew, David Flesher, Madison, WI; and several generations of loving cousins; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services: 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 1^st at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

Burial: Antioch Cemetery, Gower.
