Nancy W. (Bogart) Kirschbaum
Nancy W. (Bogart) Kirschbaum, 80, of Kansas City, MO, passed away, Wednesday, November 21, 2007.
She was born on December 7, 1926 to Herman and Winifred (Blount) Bogart in Beverly, Kansas.
After graduating high school, she worked at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. Nancy also worked at Superior Upholstery Furniture Company for sixteen years, Sealy Mattress Company for fourteen years, and retired from American Felt National Fiber in May 1997, all in Kansas City.
She was a member of the North Garland United Methodist Church where she was the pianist, and a member of the Salvation Army Blue Valley Home League.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Kenneth and David Bogart, and two daughters, Deborah and Dayna Long.
She is survived by one son, David Long, Miami, FL; one daughter, Pamela Shanks, Dearborn, MO; four grandchildren, Thomas Long, Tricia Hodges, Michelle McNeary, and Mark McNeary; four great-grandchildren, Cody, Dylan, Alex, and Jesse; niece, Becky Cheney and husband, Mike, Lincoln, KS; nephew, Scott Bogart, Ft. Worth, TX; cousin, William Bogart and wife, Pat, Arlee, Montana; and sister-in-law, Doris Bogart, Salina, KS.
Funeral Services: 3:00 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24th at the New Market Christian Church in New Market, MO, with visitation one hour prior to the service.
Graveside Service: 3:00 p.m. Sunday, at Monroe Cemetery, Beverly, Kansas.
Donations may be made to North Garland United Methodist Church or Salvation Army Blue Valley.
