Nancy Sue (Singleton) Springs
Nancy Sue Springs, 56, of Dearborn, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012.
She was born on May 25, 1955 to James Henry and Donna June (Stanton) Singleton in St. Joseph, MO. Nancy graduated from Faucett High School in 1973. She then attended Missouri Western State College where she received an Associate Degree in Medical Terminology.
On November 1, 1975 she was united in marriage to Larry E. Springs. After their marriage they lived in the Faucett area where they made their home. In 2002 they moved to Dearborn.
She worked for Gloggner Metal Fabricators in St. Joseph, MO where she was the office manager.
Nancy was a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She enjoyed sewing, quilting and loved spending time with her grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her father.
Nancy is survived by her husband Larry of the home; children, Jennifer McMahan and husband David, Joshua Springs and wife Angie, and Jeremiah Springs; two grandsons, Corban and Landan; mother, Donna Klenk and husband Vernon; brother Jim Singleton and wife Heather; sisters, Debbie Treat and husband Darrell and Jamie Ruede and husband Charles; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 26th at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.
Burial: Faucett Cemetery
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday at the church
Donations to Nancy Springs Benefit Fund c/o Platte Valley Bank.
