Nancy J. White
Nancy J. White, 61 of Gower, MO passed away, Monday, August 7, 2017.
She was born September 10, 1955 to James M. and Betty Lou (Simpson) Compton in Hamburg, Iowa. Nancy grew up in Hamilton and graduated from Penney High School in 1973.
On April 20, 1974, she was united in marriage to Dennis White. After their marriage, they lived in Stewartsville and in 1986 they moved to Gower where they made their home.
Nancy was a member of the Mt. Moriah United Methodist Church. Although Nancy worked in various positions outside the home, her greatest accomplishment was raising her children, and opening her home to many.
She was preceded in death by her father and her brother Mike Compton.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Dennis, of the home; her children, Angela Gebauer and husband Rick, Jeff White and wife Marla; grandchildren, Dalton Sloan, Payton Jauhola, Jackson and Jenna
White, and Tyler and Jessica Gebauer; mother, Betty Lou Compton; brother Charles “Bubby” Compton and wife Patricia; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins,
nieces, nephews, adopted children, and many friends.

Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
