Michael Schonewetter, 66, of Smithville, MO passed away, October 10, 2021.
He was born on July 4, 1955 to Raymond and Lois (Slates) Schonewetter in Lamar, MO. Mike grew up in Smithville and graduated from Smithville High School.
Mike was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother, Lois Schonewetter; children, Nathan (Mallory) Schonewetter, Ashley (Jeromy) Darr, and Sammi Schonewetter; grandchildren, Dayton, Darian, Charley, Kynlee, and Ivy; brother, Alvin (Nancy) Schonewetter; sisters, Gail (Robert) Matthews, Connie (P.A.) Shackelford, Lea Ann Moore and Brenda Estes; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Private Family Inurnment at Community of Smithville Memorial Cemetery.

I am so very sorry to hear about Mike’s passing! He
was such a wonderful guy and he was in several of my classes throughout our school years! He was also our neighbor down the street and we spent many times in our neighborhood when we were young playing with all the kids around our area! I pray that God surrounds you all with peace & comfort as you mourn his loss!
