Michael Jeffrey Lawrence
Michael Jeffrey Lawrence, 52, of St. Joseph, MO passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014.
He was born on April 25, 1962 in Southhampton, NY, the son of Bishop Nelson and Mary Eader.
Michael was a retired Chief Warrant Officer of the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife Shannon Lawrence; sons Michael Lawrence, Jr. and wife Felicia of Tennessee, and Joshua Lawrence and wife Sarah of Alabama; daughter Shanna Cheatham and husband Dallas; three grandchildren Gavin, Jacob, Shea Marie; mother and father Bishop Nelson and Mary Eader; brothers John Lawrence, Richard Lawrence and wife CeCe, and Frank Lawrence and wife Anita; sisters Vennia Boeklen and husband Greg and Vickie Lawrence; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 10th at the Church of God, Gower, MO
Burial with Military Honors: 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at Leavenworth National Cemetery, Leavenworth, KS
Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 9th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.
