Mary Jo (Miller) Mauzey

Mary Jo Mauzey, 74, of Smithville,
MO passed away peacefully in the home with family by her side, Tuesday,
September 1, 2015.

She was born on September 27, 1940
to Henry Lee and Marion Lucille (Rupe) Miller in Smithville, MO where she grew
up and graduated from Smithville High School.

On February 13, 1959 she was united
in marriage to John E. Mauzey.  They
lived in Smithville where they made their home. 
After their retirement they enjoyed their lake home at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Mary Jo worked 23 years at Factory
Motor Parts where she retired as the top sales person.  She received many awards and earned many
trips from her hard work and dedication. 
Mary Jo enjoyed crocheting, crafts, gardening and mostly spending time
with her family.

She was preceded in death by her
parents, Henry and Marion Miller and brother Don Lee Miller.

Mary Jo is survived by her husband John
E. Mauzey of 56 years; children, Sherill (Mike) Ballard, John B. (Jill) Mauzey,
Ron (Lisa) Mauzey, and Melissa (Ted) Randolph;  grandchildren, Jason Ballard, Lisa Ballard,
Amanda (Kevin) Robertson, Johnna (Brian) Hubbard, Kristy (Chris) Bartimioli,
Brandy Mauzey, Marty Mauzey, Shelby Mauzey, Ashley Creger, Mekaela Mauzey, and
Taylor Randolph; great-grandchildren Mackenzie, Colby, Chandler, Emma, Scott,
Ava, Brody, Gage, Kannon, Quinton, Isaiah, Kiera, Cloey, Jacob, Nicole and Joey;
brother Terry (Deborah) Miller; sister Janet Fales; other relatives and many
friends. 

Funeral Services:  11:30 a.m.
Friday, Sept 4th at Mt. Olivet Christian Church, Smithville, MO, visitation one
hour prior to the service.

Burial:  Mt. Olivet Cemetery

Donations may be made to Mt. Olivet
Christian Church.
