In Remembrance Of
Mary Ann Clifton Weiss
Mary Ann (Cox) Clifton Weiss, 74, passed away, Monday, October 24, 2018 after a long battle with COPD.
Mary Ann (Cox) Clifton Weiss was born in Kansas City, Missouri to Ralph and Lena Grace Cox February 7th, 1944.
Ann’s years employed as a Bus Driver allowed her the time to care for her own children as well as allowing her to meet a lot of other children and helping wherever she could. She was always involved with after-school activities and loved meeting people, making friends and being a positive role model. Upon retiring from driving the bus, she retained those friendships with students and parents who loved and respected her.
Her leisure time was filled with mostly crafty and creative projects. Her first passion was quilting which she sewed with love and gave away. She was truly a people person. She always had a smile, a pleasant greeting and a kind word.
Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers; Jack, Roy, Sony and John Cox and her husband Billie G. Clifton.
She is survived by her sister, Marjorie (Cox) Bryant, children; Glenn (Karen) Clifton, Billie Sue Clifton and granddaughters; Kylie (Shady) Sukaik, Katherine (Bryton) Schulenberg, Emilie Clifton and great granddaughter Everly Sukaik. Ann will be missed by many friends and family members.
