MARTHA M. CARDWELL

Martha M. Cardwell, 84, of Marion, AR, formerly of Blytheville, passed away Friday, January 26, 2007.

She was born on January 29, 1922 in Springfield, IL, the daughter of James E. and Ella Seeber Cummings. Martha was a retired hospital dietician and an active member of Gospel Lighthouse Church. She enjoyed sewing, baking, gardening and walking in the woods. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She touched many lives, was loved dearly and will be missed greatly.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Lee Cardwell.

Mrs. Cardwell leaves her children, Anna Maria Mascaro and husband, John, Des Moines, IA, Pamela J. Little, Richmond, VA, and Lola F. Burnett and husband, Walter, West Memphis, AR, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral Service: 1:00 p.m. Saturday, February 3rd at Mt. Olivet Christian Church, Smithville, MO
Burial: Mt. Olivet Cemetery
Visitation: one hour prior to the service at the Church.
