Margaret L. (Boydston) Hon

Margaret Lou Hon, 80, of Camden Point, MO passed away, Monday, March 21, 2011.

She was born on May 24, 1930 to Abe and Marie (Blakley) Boydston near Dearborn, MO. Margaret attended school and grew up near Camden Point.

On November 1, 1951 she was united in marriage to Lester N. Hon. After their marriage they farmed near Waldron, MO, and later near Ridgely. In 1973 they moved to Camden Point where they made their home. Her husband, Lester, preceded her in death on March 29, 1993.

She was a member of the Camden Point Christian Church.

Margaret was also preceded in death by her parents and one son, Leonard Hon.

She is survived by two sons, Abe Hon, Kansas City, MO and Tom Hon and wife Teresa, Platte City, MO; daughters, Linda Bolton and husband David, Grandview, MO, Jeanette Steinbrink and husband Wesley, Bremerton, WA, and Jessie Lee Hon, Platte City, MO; nine grandchildren, Dawn, Douglas, Isaiah, Beka, Timothy, Maryann, Ryan, Conyer and Joseph; two great-grandchildren, Brooke and Joshua, and another in a few days; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral Services: 10:00 a.m. Thursday March 24^th at the Camden Point Christian Church.

Visitation: 6:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday at the church.

Donations may be made to the Camden Point Christian Church or Heritage Village Assisted Living of Platte City.
