Margaret Helen (Bramble) Jolly

Margaret Helen Jolly, 86, of Edgerton, MO passed away June 18, 2013.

She was born on August 27, 1926 to Leroy and Margie (Plick) Bramble in Platte City, MO.  Margaret grew up in the Platte County area. 

On January 16, 1943 she was united in marriage to Millard “Shinny” Jolly.  After their marriage they lived in Weston where they made their home.  Margaret later moved to Dearborn and in 1991 she moved to Edgerton.

Margaret loved being a homemaker and enjoyed cooking and being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Shinny; three brothers Omar Lee Bramble, Sr., Arnold Bramble and Roy Bramble; sister Clemie Layton; daughter Vivian Hill; and granddaughter JoEllen Abbott.

Margaret is survived by her daughters Leta Buckler, Dearborn, MO, Mayme Abbott and husband Bill, St. Joseph, MO, Helen Richardson and husband Perry, Camden Point, MO; sons James “Bud” Jolly and wife Carlene, Dearborn, MO, Jerry Jolly and wife Anita, Dearborn, MO.  Mim-Ma leaves behind 15 grandchildren Ricky Buckler, Cindy Buckler, Kathy Buckler, Randy Buckler, Jason Abbott, Jeremy Seckel, Josh Jolly, David Pyles, Kawana Neaves, Tonya Morse, Brian Richardson, John Richardson, Kyle Richardson, Clint Jolly, and Matt Jolly; 32 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren; other relatives and many friends. 

Funeral Services:  11:00 a.m. Friday, June 21^st at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home Edgerton.

Burial: Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, Weston, MO

Visitation:  6:30-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
