Mandy Rule

Amanda Christine Rule, 49 of Smithville, MO passed away April 23, 2023.

She was born on July 19, 1973, to Larry Eugene and Pamela Ann (Parrish) Todd in Harrisonville, MO and grew up in the Kansas City, MO area. Mandy attended school in the North Kansas City School District.

On June 6, 1992, she was united in marriage Mike Rule. After their marriage they lived in Smithville where they made their home and raised their family.

Mandy enjoyed cooking, sewing and loved riding motorcycles with Mike. Most of all, she loved being a mom and a mimi. 

She was preceded in death by her father Larry Todd, her grandparents and her father in law Jim Rule. 

Mandy is survived by her husband Mike Rule; her children Bryce (Brandy), Chris, Emilie, Jeni (Chris), Marissa, Cole, and Jordyn; grandchildren Jenna, Rukus, Abel Riot, Malakai, Zheydyn, Nathaniel, Neveah, Naomi, Courtney, Cole, Adrianna “Goose”, Brantley, and Colt; parents Bob and Pam Aldrich; brothers and sisters David Todd, Tracie Todd, Jimmy (Alissa) Aldrich and Anna Aldrich; mother-in-law Linda Rule; sister-in-law Roni Baca; brother-in-law Carlos Baca other relatives and many friends. 

 Visitation: 6:30-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 25th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, 104 W Church Street Smithville, MO 

Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday April 26th at the funeral home.

Burial: Paradise Cemetery, Smithville, MO 

In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Paradise Cemetery.
