Lousie M. Poage

Louise Mae Poage, 94, of Gower, Mo., passed away, Sunday, February 20, 2005 at the Gower Convalescent Center.

She was born on December 7, 1910 near Gower and was a lifelong resident of the Poage home near Gower. She later graduated from Gower High School.

Louise worked as a switchboard telephone operator and later for Stuppy?s Flowers in St. Joseph.

She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers, Oper,Ralph and Edgar Poage and sister, Pauline Plummer.

She is survived by; nieces: Dixie Kay Fase, Overland Park, Ks. and Frances Bolles, St. Joseph, Mo., nephews: Dean Plummer, Lincoln, Mo., Bob Poage, Rancho Mirage, Ca., and Leroy Poage Baldwin City, Ks., other relatives and many friends.

FUNERAL SERVICE: 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 23rd at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower.
BURIAL: Allen Cemetery, Gower
VISITATION: One hour prior to the service.

DONATIONS: Gower Christian Church.
