Louise L. Boyer Kepner

Louise L. Boyer Kepner, 82, of Hemple, MO, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2008.

She was born on June 8, 1926 to Willard and Susie (McCabe) Turner in Cameron, MO where she grew up and attended school.

In 1945 Louise was united in marriage to Harold Boyer. After their marriage they lived in Hemple, MO where they made their home. Harold passed away on November 14, 1961. In 1973 she was united in marriage to Robert L. Kepner and he passed away on July 8, 2007.

Louise was a homemaker and later was the head cook for Starlight Restaurant in Stewartsville for over 20 years. She also worked for the Gower Convalescent Center until she was 75.

She was a member of the Hemple Community Church, the Hemple Homemakers and was very active in the Hemple Community.

Louise was also preceded in death by her parents, brother, Earl and sister, Dorothy.

She is survived by her daughter, Sharon (Boyer) Beery and husband, Chuck, Gower, MO; granddaughter, Cheryl Beery and special friend, Jeff Freeman, Gower; grandson, Skeeter Beery and special friends, Victoria and Riley Bronaugh, Tonganoxie, KS; brother, Jim; sisters, Alice, Beatrice, Bonnie, Wanda, Betty, Rita, Carolyn, Judy, Lucy and Pam; special family members, Betty Ann Hook and Joan Turner, several nieces, nephews and cousins other relatives and many friends.

Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 3^rd at Kerns-Freeman Cemetery, Easton, MO

Visitation: 6:30-8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Hixson-Klein Funeral Home, Gower
