Linda Mallery

Linda Kay Mallery 74, of Smithville, MO, formerly of Independence, MO, passed away June 9, 2025.

She was born on June 27, 1950, to Jewell Lee and Bonnie Lee (Langford) Barker in Independence, MO where she grew up and graduated from William Chrisman High School.

Linda enjoyed traveling in her younger years. She was an avid animal lover and loved to read. Most of all, Linda loved spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother Clayton Barker.

Linda is survived by her daughters Ricki Hoyle and husband Ryan and JoAnna Farrell and husband Stephen; grandchildren Isaac Hoyle, Kaleb Cyran, Avery Hoyle, Happy Farrell and Rory Farrell; sister Angel Ruben; other relatives and many friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
