Linda Davis
Linda Carol Davis, 75 of Independence, MO passed away July 9, 2023.
She was born on October 24, 1947, to Eugene and Evelyn (Schneider) Bauer in Independence, MO where she grew up and graduated from Van Horn High School .
Linda retired as an air traffic controller after 20+ years of service. She was an avid history buff and enjoyed reading and spending time at the lake.
She was preceded in death by her parents Eugene and Evelyn Bauer and her brother John Bauer.
Linda is survived by her son Jason Davis and wife Audri; her daughter Holly Davis; grandchildren Jason Matthew Davis, Cody Rash, Lea Davis, Alex Davis, Declan Miller, Kaylie Davis and Conner Miller; sister Judy Shelton; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
The family will host a Celebration of Life Visitation from 4:00-6:00 p.m. Monday July 17th at the Fountains at Greenbriar in the Truman Room, 2100 South Swope Drive, Independence, MO 64057.

I am so very sorry to hear that Linda has passed. I truly wish I could be there in person, but won’t be able to.
We had such fun as children growing up together at the lake of the Ozarks on the weekends. She was such a great cousin & friend to me & my sister’s.
