Lillie M. Maness
Lillie Marie (Williams) Brokenicky Maness, 76, of Kansas City, MO passed away Saturday, August 24, 2019.
She was born on February 4, 1943 to Roy Francis and Hazel Marie (Tippit) Williams in Ferrelview, MO where she grew up and attended East Platte Elementary School and in 1961, she graduated from Smithville High School. Lillie attended school of nursing at Menorah Medical Center where she received her LPN and spent her career in nursing.
Lillie loved animals, art and most of all poetry. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother David Francis Williams and sister Mary Williams Hotham.
She is survived by her husband Bill Maness; children Stacey Tadokoro and husband Jeff, Hillary Lloyd, Chris Brokenicky and husband Michael Brewer; grandchildren Tiffany Schlegel, Anthony Hall, Sarah Hall, and Michael Lloyd; great-grandchildren Aiden Schlegel, Mia Toca and Carson Hall, sister Anita Colvin and husband Randy; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Memorial Service: 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 1st at the First Christian Church of Smithville with Visitation from 2:00-3:00 p.m. prior to the service.
